This policy explains how personal data may be processed when using the website and the booking service.

Data that may be processed
The showcase website does not contain its own contact form. When you use the booking service, the information you enter (for example identity, contact details, date, time, number of guests and booking-related requests) is transmitted to Overfull to manage your booking. Technical data required for website security and operation may also be processed by the hosting provider.
Purposes and legal bases
Booking data is used to respond to your request, manage the booking and customer relationship, on the basis of pre-contractual steps or performance of the requested service. Certain data may also be retained where required by law or where a legitimate interest applies, particularly for website security and the defence of legal rights.
Booking via Overfull
The booking widget is provided by Overfull, a third-party restaurant booking and CRM service. Data entered in this widget is processed within the Overfull environment under its own terms and privacy policy. La Gourmandine does not display visitors’ bank-card information on its website.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare provides hosting and technical security services. In this context, technical data such as IP addresses, connection information or security logs may be processed to ensure the availability and protection of the website.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses local storage only to remember certain interface preferences, for example the display of the interseason notice. The Overfull widget and other integrated third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their practices are governed by their respective policies.
Retention periods
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, and then for periods required or permitted by law. Retention periods for data managed directly by Overfull depend on the service configuration and its own retention rules.
Recipients
Data may be accessible to authorised La Gourmandine staff and, where necessary for the service, to technical providers such as Overfull and Cloudflare. La Gourmandine does not sell this data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some technical providers, including Cloudflare, may process data from countries outside the European Union. Such processing is governed by the legal mechanisms provided by applicable regulations and by the providers’ contractual commitments.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, or exercise your right to data portability where applicable. You may exercise these rights by writing to gourmandineval@icloud.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Third-party services
Links to Instagram and the Overfull widget lead to third-party services. When you interact with them, their own privacy rules apply.
